Seems to be the 1st handheld to offer 3-way voice and data capabilities over GSM/GPRS, WLAN 802.11b and Bluetooth®.

The price range seems to be about $384-$748.<br />

CNet has a review of the 6315 at http://reviews.cnet.com/HP_iPaq_Pocket_PC_h6315/4505-3127_7-30981393.html. However, they only give the product a rating of 5.4 out of ten ie it’s only average.<br />

Fyi, and for what it’s worth, CNet’s top rated smartphones (i.e. competitors to the 6315) are the Palm Treo 650, Samsung SCH-i730 and Audiovox SMT5600.
HP may not have made it in the phone market, but not for a lack of innovation or quality products, as this post demonstrates.
