Pacific Saury is a saltwater fish that is popular in Japan. Saury is typically salt-broiled and served whole, usually with grated daikon oroshi garnish.

Somehow, I can’t picture children running to an ice cream truck to get their fish-flavored ice cream, although I might be wrong about that.
