Bose wants to replace your car’s springs and shock absorbers with electromagnetic motors … and has already done so in some test vehicles.
The results look promising. One of the main benefits of an electromagnetic suspension seems to be a much faster response time, as compared to a mechanical suspension.

I’d love to have some electromagnets in my car. I think it might improve its performance by quite a bit.
