Samsung hard drive cellphone

Samsung has introduced the first cellphone with a hard drive. The new SPH-V5400 has a 1.5 GB 1-inch hard drive in the phone for storing pictures and MP3 files. The phone also has an FM radio transmitter for sending music files from the phone to a radio.

The phone is equipped with a 2.2” QVGA (320×240 pixels) LCD and 1 mega-pixel camera. The unit feels heavy and thick as per the side view below:

I didn’t realize that Samsung was responsible for this innovation, but I’m not surprised.
