The new Toshiba model 37LZ150 is a fully networked 6.2 megapixel TV with connectivity to LAN, PC, external HDD/NAS, with an integrated web browser, USB port and an SD memory card slot.

That feature set by itself is unheard of for a TV, but it also notifies you when email arrives. It has digital video recording to HDD via a TiVo-style interface that they call “Face Net”. And you can send it an email from the office telling it when to start recording.
In addition to managing all of the above, the 64bit Linux OS optimizes picture quality via algorithms for color gradation and dynamic contrast enhancement.
All-in-all, the 37LZ150 is a great TV entertainment center. In searching diligently for any negatives, all I could find was the 15ms pixel response time, which, while not bad, is not quite leading edge (10-12ms).
