The game of stone skipping, has been solved by French research scientists who, after much work, have determined that in order to maximize the number of skips, one should throw a stone four inches in diameter at 60 miles an hour and at an angle of 10 degrees”.
They hope to achieve a record-breaking 41 skips.

Somehow, these people seem like they’re taking some of the fun out of stone skipping.
My dad always tried to show me how to do this, but for some reason I could never get it quite right.
