The Suite Vollard is an apartment building located in Curitiba, Brazil. The building is unique in that it has 11 floors that rotate independently.

Each unit occupies 1 floor and has a control panel for the speed and direction of the rotation.

So named by architects Bruno De Franco and Sergio Silka in honor of Pablo Picasso.
The (original) Suite Vollard is a series of 100 engravings published by Picasso in 1937. No idea why they just didn’t call the building “Condominios do Picasso”.

Are these condos in high demand? Do people say, “Hey baby, wanna go back to my place? It spins around.”
Hopefully the fire escapes remain fixed to the ground.
