For precision timing of tea, this device lowers a tea bag or the included tea ball into a cup of hot water when the timer is set (between 2 and 20 minutes). 
When time elapses, a bell rings and the lever lifts the bag or ball out of the water. Requires no batteries.

That’s pretty good. I’m always putting my tea bags in water and then completely forgetting about them.
I find precision tea interesting. I can’t tell the difference between one cup of tea and another, but I know people who would swear that every second makes a difference.
