I was surprised to see Halo 2 bested by the likes of – Ninja Gaiden & Rome: Total War. Gamespot did however, give Ninja Gaiden a ‘superb’ rating of 9.4/10.

I would’ve put Halo 2 at least in the top 3. I wonder if there was a little Halo backlash going on at the end of ’04.
