Samsung’s SGH-Z130 mobile phone comes with a unique rotating 176 x 220 display for viewing videos in landscape mode or images in portrait mode. The phone works with GSM, WCDMA 900/1800/1900/2100, and comes with Bluetooth. It has a one megapixel camera + flash, and supports Real, MPEG, H.263, MP3, AAC and AAC+ video formats. As announced at 3GSM yesterday.
