Tom’s Hardware Guide has just published a review of some new 26 and 27 inch TVs. Of the 4 models that they compared, they liked the Toshiba 27WL56P, which is a 27inch 1280x720p LCD TV. They describe the Toshiba as a close to perfect TV set, with excellent black levels, acceptable color and outstanding uniformity of lighting.
