Google Phone Switch Thingy

by GadgetManiac on March 5, 2007

Google Switch We ignored the Google Switch when it 1st appeared on Engadget and/or Gizmodo on Jan 18th, largely because of a failure of imagination on our part. But now it seems that there may well be something to the thing. One Simeon Simeonov over at HighContrast apparently has an inside source over at Google who says that the so-called Google Phone (aka Switch) is real.

The author suggests that Google is working with Samsung to deliver Google Docs and other apps over various telco carrier networks to the above phone mockup.

Don’t feel too bad about the failure of imagination. A lot of influential products go virtually unnoticed at first.
