The Neochroma attaches to your cell phone and magnifies the phone’s puny screen to gimongous proportions. Well, it might one day, if it ever gets built – look for it in 2+ years. Apparently the resulting image will be the same as viewing a 19 inch monitor from 30 or so inches, and be in stereo. Seems to be aimed at those who can’t afford a real camera & insist on taking photographs with their camera-phones. It’s all s’plained here.

You could also save money and find an attachable magnifying glass to do this, I’d think.
This device sounds like it could be handy when you’re on the road and can’t upload your photos for a while.
