Two New Sony Alpha DSLR Cameras

Sony introduced two new models to their well-received Alpha DSLR camera family yesterday at PMA 07 yesterday.

The low-end model has no model number designation as yet, and is referred to as the Model for High Amateurs. And appropriately-enough, Sony is calling the high-end model the Flagship Model.

Specs are skimpy, but both seem to have new, better larger image sensor and an improved Bionz image processor, which also appears in their new DSC-T100. Probably shoots at 12MP.

These 2 cameras are prototypes in the development stage, with the prices and specifications undecided…so one might well say that these Alphas are still in Beta
