The mail2web Webmail application doesn’t keep copies of your email. All email that you can see from mail2web Webmail is what is saved on your email server. If you have deleted an email (through mail2web Webmail or otherwise), there is no way that mail2web Webmail can retrieve it. I would suggest contacting your email administrator or provider and ask them for assistance.</description>

Unfortunately, this is how the Apple iPhone works when you add any Exchange account. If your contacts were saved on your SIM card you can re-import them.
