CeBIT 2008 starts today & goes until March 9. Gigabyte will be showing a number of new MID and UMPC devices including the M528 and the M700.
The M528 is classified as a Mobile Internet Device and has a 4.8 inch 800×480 resolution touch screen and a slide down QWERTY keyboard. It comes with GPS, 2 cameras and is lightweight at 340 grams.

The larger M700 weighs almost 2x as much, at 650 grams. The M700 is a UMPC with a 7 inch 1024×600 LED backlit touch screen, 1G SDRAM, 40GB HDD, IPTV, dual cameras, integrated GPS and can support 3.5G and WiMAX functionality.
