The World’s 50 Best Works of Art

sculpture of pharaoh Khaf-Ra Here’s another world’s best list courtesy of the Telegraph – this time it’s art, as in top 50. Apparently the best of the best is the 4800 year-old Sculpture of Khafre to be found at the Cairo Museum…guess its been all downhill ever since then.

Oddly there are no references to the works of C. M. Coolidge and his epic DPP series.

That’s the best work of art? I guess it’s OK, if you like guys sitting on blocks with their shirts off.

It might be an obvious choice, but I still feel the Mona Lisa is the greatest work of art.
