Spore is an unusual video game that allows the player to play god to single-celled organisms and guide their evolution through creature, tribal, civilization and space-faring phases.

While Spore looks faintly silly to us, apparently ~~many~~ most people disagree. GameRankings tallied 9 reviews in sites like GameSpot and IGN and determined that the average rating for Spore was 86% & so sales should be good. In stores tomorrow.
