Re the free basic mail: The account I opened earlier this month has been inaccessible since the original day of account creation (when I DID successfully login at the usual OWA page). What am I doing wrong? The email address given here for reference is the problematic account. I've gone to the "control panel" and reset the password and can see that the account is active and mail2web basic email is my plan, but still cannot manage to login. Help!

I would like to point out that we've changed the name of the mail2web Live service

mail2web Live is now mail2web Mobile Email
mail2web Live Pro is now mail2web Mobile Email Pro
mail2web Live Basic is now mail2web Basic Email

For more information on this you can refer to our recent blog post

Regarding mail2web Basic Email, your account will remain active and free for as long as you use the service. The only exception is if you have not logged into your account for 6 months or more, in this case your account will be considered inactive and may be deleted. But as long as you are actively using your account it will remain open for you.

Hope this helps,
Tim

Hi Richard,

I was able to migrate 'roccardojames' to mail2web LIVE Basic, it should be complete shortly. Unfortunately it's too late for 'richbj'. You can sign up again from our site for this user.
