I understand there may have been an issue on the server causing this. It has now been corrected so let us know if you still have trouble or contact your email provider to ensure you have the right settings.

Hello Mario,

Sorry, I do not speak Spanish, I have relied on a translation tool to try and understand your question. If I am correct, you are using mail2web Webmail? If this is so, it is likely that mail2web.com does not provide your actual email service, but only a web-based method of checking your email. I cannot explain why you are having trouble downloading your email to Outlook Express, you could try contacting your email provider for assistance. If you can see from accessing mail2web Webmail that there is email on your server, but Outlook Express does not download them, there could be an issue with your configuration settings.

Ya llevo casos en que me llaman por TE. porque no le contesté un mail y el motivo es que no lo recibí al descargar desde Outlook Express.
Cuando miro en mail2web están ahí alojados desde 5-6 o más días !!!
No puedo confiar en este nuevo sistema que han implementado, cómo se puede corregir ???
Voy a tener doble trabajo y pérdida de tiempo, 1* bajar correo desde O.Express y luego entrar a mail2web para ver si quedaron mensaje alojados y sin ser descargados, no puede ser !!!

Hi Tim,

This is possible if your mail server supports IMAP4. mail2web Webmail will automatically try to connect using IMAP4 if it is available. IF your mail server only supports POP3, then you can only see your inbox.

Is it possible to see any other folders (ie; sent, deleted etc) other than just your Inbox via mail2web??
