When you enter your email address and password into mail2web Webmail it attempts to log into your email server to view messages that haven't been retrieved.

Most email clients, if left open and running on your PC, automatically retrieve new messages, and download them from your mail server. For this reason, when mail2web Webmail accesses your account, nothing appears, because the new messages have already been downloaded to your PC.
Email account settings in your client software (ie. Outlook express, yahoo, corporate) and while each client is different, basically look for the option to not remove software from the server upon download.

In Outlook Express for example, from the Tools menu select Accounts. A window will open with a list of your accounts.
Select the account you want to update. If you're not sure which one, it's most likely the default account.

To update the account click Properties. Under the advanced tab, you’ll see an option to leave a copy of messages on server. You want to select that option and save your settings.

Once you save, you will be able to access future mail from mail2web.com.

I used to be able to pick up my e-mail at my brother's computer (December 2009); all it says is no new mail. I have mail e-mailed to me daily and I e-mailed educational material to myself before I left home, so I know I have e-mail. Why does mail2web not work anymore? I have outlook express and my domain is comcast. This is very inconvenient. Thank You.

Angel - Did you try my previous advice in logging in? did it work?

"Hey you’re probably logging in to the OnCloud (new site) with your classic credentials. So when prompted, choose classic. If you chose OnCloud and saved the settings, you’ll probably need to clear your cache/cookies."

Let me know what happens so we can help you from there. Otherwise, you are always more than welcome to contact one of our customer support superstars 1-877-624-5293
