Just mail, calendar and address book. No notes or tasks. You have to connect via IMAP to sync it. I'm thinking of upgrading to Exch 7 for the sync ability of notes and tasks. This doesn't affect Mail2Web who are hosting Exchange 2007 Services anyway. You can most likely add your Exchange 2003 account on your Snow Leopard Mac but you will have to configure it manually.
