hey - thanks for your comments

Unfortunatly we can't help troubleshoot your AT&T services - you may want to talk to your provider (AT&T).

Check out OUR (mail2web) Exchange service - we even offer a 30-DAY risk-free trial.

We even offer BES support - which is fart superior and will sync more than just webmail at near-real time.

Hope that helps

Cheers,
Mels

We seem to be having problems with BIS email account going out of sync pretty frequently.

We use Exchange 2003 and ATT. The fix is to go under General Settings of BIS email account and simply save it. Once updated it runs OK for a few months then it stops.

User passwords don’t change on Exchange.
Any ideas are appreciated. TIA
