Backing up data can be a very painful process for many people. It’s complicated and takes a long time to complete. But if you’re not backing up your computer, you really have no excuse when you incur data loss. But we have some good news! Clickfree launched its new back-up driver C2 last weekend.
This new automatic back-up drive turns the back-up process into a piece of cake. The C2 contains a built-in USB cable, which abolishes the problem of cable being lost. Its 256-bit hardware based encryption keeps your files safer than ever. C2 is capable of CD/DVD burning, built-in photo sharing, and making scheduled back-ups, play backing iPod music and playlist import and migration between different computers. It can also place the files into right folders on Windows Vista or Windows 7, if they are migrated. It has a docking station which makes semi-permanent connections more streamlined. You have 2 different color choices, black or white. 250GB and 500GB C2s are available now, priced at $140 and $190 respectively; and a 320GB version will hit QVC on October 28th, priced at $160. The optional dock costs additional $20.
