On average it is said that human beings reach only 10% of their brain’s potential. For all the ‘smart’ people out there, here’s a way to use 9% and get away with it.

Just as we only use 10% of our smart-brains, so too we use only 10% of our smart-phones! By only using the standard email account provided with your mobile operator’s service (or the majority of other web based email systems for that matter) you are under-utilizing the potential of your smartphone!  Enter Hosted Exchange.

Your mobile device has huge potential to keep your daily life organized and intact but your mobile operator’s standard email system offers you little more than an email address. Sure you get an email address which you can view on your device, but isn’t there more to your digital life than a new email address? What about your existing email? What about your contacts and calendar. What about your folders and the time you’ve put into organizing all of your data? All seems lost on the supposed ‘smart’phone. That is… until you unlock its smarts!

iphone-exchangeYour ‘smart’phone made smart by Microsoft Exchange unlocks the potential of Push data! Synchronized on the go, wherever you are, to and from your iPhone or other smartphone device with your desktop’s contacts, calendar and email!

By default, the common smartphone standard setup requires you to maintain your phone’s address book separately of your desktop. After that initial wired sync, any changes you make on your desktop you will have to ensure to make on your device as well. Even if you’re as diligent as possible you’re still likely to notice that you’ve missed items or end up with out of date information.  Add Hosted Exchange to the equation however and suddenly there’s no need to update in multiple places. Even if you lose your phone, you simply activate the new one and your data is restored exactly as if you never lost it!

Even your web based email systems like Hotmail and Yahoo which seem to offer mobile management of your contacts and calendars do not offer true cloud access. While you can create an intricate address book and calendar during those times when you’re in the office, those details are maintained separately of your mobile life. Your device is unable to access those details and manage them directly. Often users find themselves maintaining an email address book and a phone address book separately even though they largely contain the same contacts!

mail2web Mobile Email on the other hand offers both! Because all of your data is stored in the cloud, you have safe, secured and instantly accessible up-to-date information. All no matter where you may need it or being accessing it from! Like Hotmail or Yahoo you can maintain your address book online however you can do so from the web or directly from your iPhone too! If you’re phone is keeping up-to-date for you, that is a truly ‘smart’ phone. And that is what mail2web Mobile Email utilizing Microsoft Exchange can do to realize your smartphone’s true potential.

Since your phone is now using 100% of its potential, why not sit back and drop a percentage or two from your brain’s activity. 8% should be enough with Mobile Email working for you ;)
