Spotify Mobile

by Meaghan Ringwelski on November 23, 2009

Symbian-based device users can now enjoy Spotify Mobile. Nokia, Samsung and Sony Ericsson are now supporting Spotify, a large library of music! The service is available in the UK, Spain, France, Sweden, Norway, and Finland for now. U.S launch will be late of this year or early 2010. The only need is Wi-Fi or 2.5-3G connection. By the way, if you own an Android or iPhone device, you can also connect Spotify from your handset!

The list of phones is below so you can check whether your phone supported or not.

Nokia

Nokia 6220 Classic

Nokia E71

Nokia XpressMusic 5800

Samsung

Samsung GT-I8910 Omnia HD

Sony Ericsson

Sony Ericsson Satio

I’ve seen Spotify in action and its seems like a great program. There’s nothing like a huge library of music to add pleasure to your daily life.

How would you rate Spotify in comparison to iTunes?

I’d only be interested in an iTunes alternative if it was a lot cheaper.
