In today’s connected world, business moves at breathtaking speed. Appointments that used to be made weeks or months in advance are now scheduled days or hours ahead of time. Changes in schedule happen more frequently, often on the fly, because of the ease with which the parties can connect. The mobility required in today’s business climate also forces many of us spend more time away from the office and the computer where we maintain our schedule, or those who do it for us. Having the ability to easily and quickly synchronize the devices on which you create and change your schedule is essential.
Let’s say you are on a sales call when your next client phones your assistant to put your appointment back a couple of hours. The assistant adjusts your schedule and, with the power of Microsoft Exchange and mail2web Mobile Email, the schedule is instantly synced with your smartphone calendar! Rather than miss the switch and waste time, you are notified immediately of the change, and use the time productively. On another occasion, an overseas manager in your company needs to call an emergency meeting for the next morning, and while you’re sleeping she checks her schedule to find out the availability of other team members, and makes sure that everyone who needs to be on the conference call is available and notified. You, no doubt, can quickly think of any number of instances where not having the ability to sync your schedule when changes were made cost you time and money, or other scenarios where details changed, but synced schedules kept you right on track getting things done and making business happen. Being in Sync makes life easier for you and will vastly improve your team’s performance.
With most smartphone devices available, Microsoft ActiveSync synchronizes items in your phone’s calendar app directly to the Exchange Server. You never have to show up for a meeting only to discover it’s been changed, or miss a last-minute conference call because you couldn’t be reached. You stay in the loop, on top of your changing schedule, and your efficiency and productivity are optimized. Now, synchronize your schedule in more than one place with a few easy touches!

Many of today’s mobile phones feature the popular Android operating system, which is fully compatible with the mail2web Mobile Email Exchange using Activesync. Synchronization is easy from anywhere, so you won’t waste time on the phone with an assistant or colleague sorting out two or more schedules with conflicting data. A few touches and the everyone has the same schedule or agenda right in front of them. Add meetings and participants, respond to meeting requests, or update the schedules with a few quick touches on your Android device. Stay connected, stay efficient.
Palm users will love the enhancement made to their PDA phones with the addition of Mobile Email. Calendar sync is simple and quick. Pull a meeting together or add last minute participants, reschedule an appointment or accept a meeting request, all with one tap or touch ease on your Palm.
Even the Symbian operating system, employed on phones made by Ericsson and others, offers Exchange connectivity using RoadSync or the built in Exchange connector, and your mail2web Mobile Email account can be used to synchronize your Calendar with additions and cancellations. Enter information once, and let Mobile Email do the rest.

Being able to have my schedule sync up everywhere would be a complete dream. Organization tends to be one of my weaker suits, so this sounds absolutely great.
I love the way it looks in the picture too!
I’m no good at organization either, and I love how detailed and sophisticated these calendars are. And JPW is right–they really do look good as well.
I love using the Palm for scheduling and calendar stuff…you’re right about how fast it is.
