Still waiting for BES 5.0!
I signed up after reviewing the competition; for sure mail2web offers superior service at the correct price. A “personal” mail server simplifies a lot my work, allowing to collect all my messages in one place with minimum effort. Free client software (Outlook) was also a plus, atop the Outlook Web Access for access from anywhere and mobile activesync with my phone on the road. As long as I have Internet access, I have all my messages, calendar, tasks, and contacts with me.
I also like the ability to export all my stuff in a convenient format should I decide to change provider (which I don’t think will happen any time soon:)); the switchover shall work without any lock-in “features”.
The only item on my wish-list: I don’t like the feature to change the title of my messages adding “SPAM”, it destroys my threaded conversations. I hope to see it resolved soon i.e., allow me to choose if message title shall be altered or not).
Overall impression: excellent! Did I mention the lack of downtimes and the flash responses from the support staff?
I wish all the best for mail2web.com, it provides me the best available service at the moment (and I have been using quite a few all these years
:):)
I have had an exchange account with you for several years, which I love.
Many years ago now, I told a friend that if I could have email when and where ever I wanted it, I would be happy.
Between having a Windows Mobile Phone (Tilt 2), and your online outlook service, I have what I wanted!
I signed up about four years ago and have been a happy customer ever since. Originaly I signed up because I was frustrated that every time my phone did a software update or I switched devices I would loose all my contacts. The more I used OWA the more I liked it. One of my favorite things I like about OWA is the instant syncing of contact info and calendar items, I’m always organized. Customer service is top notch and friendly. I can’t really think of a way to improve on this service, it’s inexpensive and reliable.
