Apple users can take advantage of many of the standard Exchange features that Outlook users have had for years. Entourage is a powerful personal information manager, and when combined with our mail2web Mobile Email server and a mail2web Mobile Email Pro account, you can get all the power of Entourage on your Mac. You can quickly manage and organize your emails, contacts, calendars and more!
Configuring your mail2web Mobile Email Pro account allows you to access your email synchronized with our Exchange Server and on your Mac laptop or desktop. And when you are away from your computer you can access all your updated information using your mobile device, such as an iPhone or BlackBerry, or from any other computer using Outlook Web Access. When you send or receive email or make updates in Entourage or Outlook Web Access, your changes are synchronized to our servers automatically.
By creating contacts in Entourage, they’ll automatically be synchronized with the mail2web Mobile Email Exchange server, allowing you to access them from Outlook Web Access or your Mobile Device by using ActiveSync. And this includes the Apple iPhone!
Notes allow you to take your ideas or information off the little disposable sticky notes and online onto your mail2web Mobile Email account. You can easily jot down information quickly and access it later.
Keep your life organized by keeping an updated task list in Entourage for Mac. Set start dates, reminders and even recurring tasks, and access them from Entourage or Outlook Web Access.
