Cancellation of email account without notice

I have today learned that mail2web have cancelled my free email account, without any warning or notice, as they say that they no longer offer this service. I just suddenly found that I could no longer log on to my email account. The only way i can get access to my emails, i am told, is if i pay for a new account. Anyone else been faced with this dilemma/issue?? If not be warned!!!

I understand your account is being recreated. We're looking into why this may have happened but accounts should not be cancelled for any reason at this time without notice.
