Spam on IPhone

Does anyone out there have a way to stop the spam that I am getting on my iphone? I have the spam filter turned on in Mail2web but that is only domain driven. I want to be able to lock out specific words like I am able to do in Outlook. I tried one of the apps but they do not work when you use Exchange Server.

If you log into your OWA (using Internet Explorer) there are fine tuning controls for junk filtering in the Options menu (top right).
