    Default negative comments on a website

    If someone leaves negative comments on your business website, do you get rid of them or let them stay?

    If someone posts something false, profane or libelous, delete it. Otherwise, don't be shy about responding to criticisms on your site: doing so will help boost your credibility.

    I think that's sound advice, Brett3. Plus, you might be surprised how often you can turn a critic into a fan simply by taking that person's criticisms seriously and responding respectfully.
