    Default Leap Day

    Seeing as how Leap Day's an extra calendar day, shouldn't we all get it off from work? And also, Leap Day needs its own songs and decorations, to make it more festive.

    Supposedly, Leap Day's the day when it's OK for women to propose marriage to men. It may be a sexist tradition, but it's a tradition nonetheless.
