Hi Jason,
I believe this happens already, or it seems to have for one of my accounts. Although it looks like the list is sorted differently. This may explain why it looks different between Outlook and the OWA. For my account, all my blocked senders, safe senders and safe recipients were visible in the OWA from Options -> Junk Email. I'm trying to confirm this with a little more authority though... I'll let you know what I find.

Hi Jason,
I discussed this a bit more with one of our Exchange experts. If you have configured your mail2web Mobile Email Pro or Business Exchange Professional account in Outlook as an "Exchange Account", it will synchronize these lists with the exchange server. If you have made recent entries, or are not configured as an Exchange account (but configured as a POP3 or IMAP4 account) this could explain why the lists are not identical. Hope this helps,

Hi Tim,
Thank you for your help. It seemed the last couple of days it was not syncing, but today it was syncing the lists in real-time! It's so nice to be able to have one place to enter blocked addresses (or create blocking scripts) as well as have a single junk-mail folder I can share across my desktop and iPhone. I used to always dread having to handle junk-mail in two different ways across devices. I would suggest you guys promote that to mobile users who may not realize Exchange has that ability. Thanks again! Jason |
