Default working with 2 Outlook Desktop

    Hello

I have the following question regarding my Business Exchange

I have Outlook Desktop installed on my desktop computer.
I am also using a Blackberry.

When I am using my laptop, I access my mail with Outlook Web Access.

Question : Can I install also on my notebook Outlook Desktop ?

Or this will bring conflicts ?

Can I also download Outlook 2007 from my control panel and install it on the notebook ?

    Thanks for your help

You can run multiple copies of Outlook desktop software on any number of PCs and simultaneously connect them to your Business Exchange account to remain in sync. They do however need to have individual licenses. The copy of Outlook that comes free with your Business Exchange account is a license for one installation only so if you've already used that copy on your desktop then you would not have any additional valid licenses unfortunately.

It is more common to have sync issues in this scenario however most are caused simply by anti-virus software that scans your email and data. If you're accessing that data from another machine and make a change at the same time that your anti-virus does or between synchronization checks there can be conflicts that appear within your Outlook Sync Issues folder.

    Hope that helps!

So you can just contact Outlook and pay for more installation licenses if you want?
