Hello,

I'm just suscribe to the pro plan and i'm trying to understand how to best use this new ( for me ) tool that is web2mail and Push mail.

So, i've etup my iphone and outllok 2007 right ( i think )
i can synch my contacts, mails and agenda easly now.
I'm using aggregation email to receive my emails since i want to continu to use only my personal *@*.com email wich is my ID for my contacts.

But when i reply or i send mail, my email is the mail2web one . That's definitly not possible for me to send email with other one than my personal *.com for many good thing .

I'd searching in the "My Emails Settings" otions and saw the alternate email adress and the primary FROM adress.
I've add my personnal *@*.com email and supply the correct password. Then i've change the primary FROM adress by this one instead of the mail2web one.
I think that is exactly what i want ! But when i'm sending email from my iphone or my computer with outlook2007 in exchange mode , the receiver wich reply to my mail reply to mail2web instead of my *@*.com !!

So, if he record my contact by uing the email, he record the wrong email adress ! And if i decide to stop using mail2web of if you stop your services, peoples wrotes to me to a wrong email

How to use my other SMTP when i'm sending email ?
Have you a tool for that ?

In your Exchange account settings on the iPhone did you try changing "Email" or "Description" to your old email address? Leave username, password and server as mail2web.com settings. Does this work?

When i enable email aggregation it says all the mail at the server source will be removed. How do i stop it removing the email on my primary server?

With my old mail2web account it use to take a copy from my mail server and send it to my mail2web account

We haven't changed the email aggregator. It depends on if the email account is POP3 or IMAP4 capable. If it is POP3 only, this is the only way it will work. If your account is IMAP4 enabled, it is possible to download a copy of the email while still leaving it on the server.

As an alternative to the Email Aggregator, you can configure your email account to forward to your mail2web Live account. This will leave a copy and forward a copy to mail2web.com.
