    Default Blackberry Activation

What is the Blackberry Activation feature listed on the Hosted Exchange web page? This feature must be activated in or to use exchange for your blackberry?

Yes, BlackBerry works a little bit differently. There is an application called "BES" or "BlackBerry Enterprise Server" which allows you to synchronize or "push" your mail2web Live or Hosted Exchange account to your BlackBerry device. This is an additional add-on service, and when it is activated for your BlackBerry there are few configuration steps you have to make before it starts working.

I haven't had any issues with your service myself, but I do appreciate the link to those wiki articles. They are very clear and will be a big help should any issues arise.

Would you say that that BlackBerry configuration is a critical add-on for BlackBerry-owning customers, or can some people do without it?
