    Default spell-checker

Are there any automatic spell-checking programs to help people when they're posting comments on forums? One wouldn't be needed on this forum, of course, because the posters are so intelligent, but some forums are virtually unreadable due to many severe spelling errors.

I agree. Some forums have comments that look like they were written by people with their eyes closed.

Look at the right hand upper corner of the text boxes on this forum; there's a spell-checker there.

The worst is when someone posts a useful comment, but it's hard to make out b/c the spelling's so bad.
