    Default Most common problems

I think it would be helpful to have a "most common problems" section.

    Default common problems

I agree--I would be curious to see what the most common problems are that people have been having. This could help you to avoid getting the same questions over and over as well.

It would also let someone know right away that their problem is not unique and can probably be fixed easily.

This thread makes me wonder...do you know what the all-time most common problem on this site has been?

By the way, it's interesting to search for "most common problems" and the subject you're interested in (printers, laptops, etc.) on Google just to see what comes up. I've learned a lot about tech stuff that way.

Yeah, I'll bet those are the questions that tech support staff members get sick of hearing after a while.

I was thinking, I bet the most common problem changes at least once a month now, given all the new technologies arising all the time.

From what I can tell, one of the most common problems right now is a computer that's too slow, sometimes because too many programs are running. Also, viruses and spyware are perennial common problems.

Virsues have to be the most serious problems, and the most important to solve!

is there a good place to sign up for email alerts regarding the latest virus threats? i'd like to be on top of these as soon as new ones are discovered.
