Stopped working this weekend
My email account can no longer connect as of sometime this weekend (authorization failure in setup and cannot connect from mail app). I can connect from the web. I have deleted account and recreated. I have changed from exchange.mail2web.com to ex7.mail2web.com.
No luck. Won't even connect from Entourage on my desktop. Any ideas? This is critical to my business.
This has worked flawlessly for me since setting up.

When you upgraded your account did you upgrade to the new mail2web Live Basic plan? The Basic plan includes OWA access and does not include ActiveSync or POP3/IMAP4. This could explain why you cannot access your account as you mentioned.

What Does OWA stand for? Phone email does not use the traditional POP3 settings?
