    Default Certification

Is there a security certificate for billing? Otherwise, it looks kinda shady to site visitors.

    Default Yup

Look for the padlock symbol at the bottom right-hand side of a screen and mouse over it to see "Authenticated by VeriSign, Inc." You can also right click on your mouse to "view page info."

Yup, certification tips above are true. Besides, I have quite a few friends who participate in this and all verify legitimacy.

VeriSign is a reliable and trusted company, too.

I never looked for billing certification before, but I definitely will now after reading this!

By the way, what happens if you do business w/ a company that doesn't have certification? Are you spending your money at your own risk?

The way I look at it, whenever you send $ to someone online that you've never met, you're always spending at your own risk. Certification helps to mitigate that risk.

It's a good idea to get a VeriSign certificate for your online business, too. I think it's pretty affordable.
