Reliance is going to sell more than a quarter of its cell phone division. This is a huge company in India and I wonder what the effects could be if a major U.S. phone company were to buy these assets.

By the way, has Reliance begun selling any phones outside of India?

I think Reliance sells phones and tablets all over the place. They also have a media division, MediaWorks, that has recently set up shop in Hollywood.
