Outlook 2007 config keeps deleting

I'm using Outlook 2007 and most of the time runs find with mail2web. However, every so often, the configuration is deleted and I need to re-enter the settings. Specifically, the Exchange Proxy Settings under the Connection tab. Everythings works when I configure it properly but all the settings end up being removed every week or so.

Is this a problem with Outlook?

I've not heard of this occuring previously. Make sure you have the latest updates for Office (or just click Help > Check for updates in Outlook). If that doesn't help you might want to try running Office / Outlook Diagnostics. This can be found under the Help menu of Outlook aswell.
