Outlook support

How good is Microsoft's support for Outlook? Is the support staff friendly if you call? And can you usually solve your own problems just by watching the videos that Microsoft has on the Outlook website?

can't say i've tried it, but based on the rest of Microsoft support experiences I've had... I'd say probably not great. Which is yet another reason to go Hosted Exchange (mobile email) with us, our techs know Outlook in and out.
