    Default Word compatibility packs

    Is a compatibility pack necessary for Outlook if you want to use it with Word and Excel? What happens if you don't have a compatibility pack?

    If you would like to open file attachment that were created in the newer versions of Word & Excel, You'll need to install this compatibility pack
