Are there links on here to the mail2web facebook, youtube, twitter and other Internet pages? Maybe these links could be displayed prominently at the top of the page to make sure customers are taking advantage of these sites.

It's nice to have a variety of options to get info from...youtube videos for visual learners, twitter for people who like short bursts of info, wikis for people who like longer explanations, and so on.

YouTube videos are my favorite way to learn on the web. I like to see and hear something explained, and many youtube videos are clever enough to give you a few laughs.

Yes, pretty soon YouTube videos will be practically mandatory at all businesses...making online videos will be taught in business school.
