    Default keeping ads out of here

    I appreciate that this forum isn't loaded up with ads the way some forums are. It's a very classy touch.

    I agree. Getting bombarded by ads can really distract from the info you're seeking out.

    i don't mind a forum with a few ads, but you're right that some forums way overdo it.

    Do some hosting companies force you to run their ads on the forums they provide you with?

    I'd expect my hosting company would at least want their logo somewhere on my forum. And I wouldn't mind my users posting ads for their companies on my forum -- as long as they paid me for it!
