Trouble Since Upgrade
Okay so I'm new here and I hope that it's just me missing something. I've submitted for help through the "Contact us" option but wanted to see what feedback I can get here.
Here is what I submitted:
Since the update I seem to be missing some controls to my calendar. I can only see one day at a time rather than being able to see/edit a week or entire month. It also does not have have all the editing options that used to be there.
I have also noticed the only way the website let's me log in is to the control panel or through the live site. Otherwise it acts like it is not properly communicating until it times out. (This is the ONLY website I have this problem with so I know it's not my computer/browser). I tried to leave this comment on the blog and it once again timed out... Please help!
Thanks
I subscribed to this service because I could not get my phone to properly sync with Active sync software and wanted to ensure I had a backup of my calendar and contacts. So far this website has done this for me, but if it remains increasingly frustrating and un-responsive then it's not worth my time. I hope that these are just growing pains that are in the process of being worked out VERY SOON!

Any news/updates as far as this problem goes? Did you figure out what was causing the unresponsiveness?
