How do I operate my phone in safe mode?

I've been wondering the same thing. I've always had a tough time in safe mode.

On safe mode, Your phone's not allowing you to use apps.
If you use android phone, Here's the solution to get out of safe mode;

1.Turn the phone off.
2.Turn it back on and hold the “up” volume button.
