    When creating a website and its theme, would you rather go with CSS or HTML?

    HTML is the basic markup language you use to make the web page. CSS the coding you use to set up the way you want your web pages to look.
    You should use both HTML and CSS, HTML is your content while CSS is what makes it delicious!
