Filtering Options
I hadn’t checked my email account for a few days, and my Inbox is again stuffed with spam emails (over 4000). In the course of deleting all the garbage, I took the opportunity to explore some mail2web options I hadn’t played with before.
Usually I list 100 emails at a time. Then I click the select box to select all 100 emails on the page and then delete them.
However, if I re-organize emails by “Sender” or “Subject”, all emails are listed; not just 100 at a time. If I try to select list 100, then the display goes back to listing emails from newest to oldest. Is there some way to order emails by “Sender” (or “Subject”) AND have them listed 100 (or 50, 20, etc.) per page?
Is there some way to filter emails by Sender or Subject?
Many of the spam emails I receive have weird characters for the sender name and/or subject. I assume they started out as Chinese characters that didn’t convert properly when the emails arrived in my Inbox (I checked the originating IP address, which indicated they are coming from China). If I could filter emails by character, I could quickly select those emails for deletion. Or if I could filter the “Subject” by, say, “acai berry”, “Opra diet”, “viagra”, “penis”, “ecard”, etc. I could quickly select a bunch more emails for immediate deletion.
Basically, I am looking for ways to select as many garbage emails at a time and delete them quickly, so I can spend a little more time on other emails that require a closer look.

Hmmm... Let me ask our Developers and I'll get back to you.
Otherwise, you can definately sort by Subject, Sender, Date or Size if you are willing to "View All" and select the ones you want to delete.

I like that you can sort by all those different categories. I've never tried sorting by subject, though.

For me, it's crucial to be able to sort by sender to see if I haven't responded to someone in a while.

What would be the advantage of sorting emails by size?
